Mr. Goodrich is involved with each project on a daily basis throughout the duration of the project. Having worked in construction since a young age he pursued a degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University and upon graduation moved to Raleigh, NC to continue that education with W&W Partners, Inc. After many successful years with that firm he founded A.B. Goodrich Contracting in 2009.

Chris Jasion, Project Manager
Mr. Jasion joined A.B. Goodrich Contracting in 2014. He brings with him a wealth of experience in Project Management and Safety. Cutting his teeth as a Civil Engineering Technician, Mr. Jasion’s construction career certainly has a firm foundation. After leaving a Project Management position with Pillari Brothers in New Jersey., he worked for Clancy & Theys in Raleigh, NC. With Clancy & Theys, Mr. Jasion was directly involved as a Project Manager for Quintiles World Headquarters and The Pavilion East Project at Lakeview Park, both in Durham, NC. From there he went on to work with two specialty subcontractors before joining A.B. Goodrich Contracting.
Mr. Jasion has successfully managed $65 Million in projects for clients such as Quintiles, Duke University, all of the University of North Carolina Schools, the North Carolina Department of Transportation, Wake County Public Schools, North Carolina Department of Justice, and many private developers. Chris is a proficient project manager who ensures the scheduling of crews, materials, and sequencing is managed successfully.

Alan Novicki, Chief Estimator
Mr. Novicki handles the pre-construction period of each project and is involved weekly during the field operation duration. Alan joined A.B. Goodrich Contracting in 2011 and brought with him an extensive architectural background. He works diligently with designers and vendors to ensure A.B. Goodrich Contracting is proposing the most economical means and methods to construct the project as intended. Alan calls on his experience with design to value engineer the project from the on-set. Projects awarded include QuickLane of Lillington, BSI Distribution Center in Apex, NC, full facility renovation for Laurel Health Care in Richmond, VA, and Design-Build for Peak Resources in Cary, NC.

Darlene Brooks, Office Manager
Mrs. Brooks is highly organized and motivated. Her dedication to success is astounding. Darlene oversees everyday office activities to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as reviewing all purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
Kevin Oxendine, Superintendent
Kevin Oxendine is on-site during all field operations for the duration of the project. Mr. Oxendine joined A.B. Goodrich Contracting in 2011. In that time he has overseen many multi-million dollar projects. Kevin works closely with the owner, staff and representatives to answer questions and relay real-time information to the office personnel.
Avery Oxendine, Superintendent
